Thinking Of Becoming A Landlord?

Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) – I will be buying FAS when it breaks above $70. Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) – FAS was lower on Friday but is now in my buy zone. Now, about one-third of analysts covering Tesla boutiques rate shares Buy. Tesla (TSLA) will be delivering earnings May 4, 2016. We will be watching the developments in the stock picks group. Tesla (TSLA) – Tesla (TSLA) is back above $250. A break back above $17 would be very bullish and I will be a buyer with a tight stop at $16.87. Next month, companies holding their virtual AGMs in June will mostly be paying out their dividends. This may be inferred as the stock Markets endorsement of a companies status, which makes it sought after. It looks like markets are factoring in the prospects of Covid-19 treatment and economy around the world starting to open up soon as virus numbers seems to peak.

Fear of Covid-19 virus numbers spiking again after countries re-opening their economy had been a major concern this month. Jardine C&C though had been a major laggard. SGX had been a major laggard, after announcing reduction of licence agreement with MSCI. The alternative, of course, is to sell some stocks now in order to build up a war chest in order to deploy them into the markets later. Bonvests has also been in the news as they have withdrawn their final dividend declared in order to cut costs. Tension between US and China dominated headlines, in addition to the usual Covid-19 related news. It remains to be seen how big is the impact of Covid-19 on their upcoming results, but initial signs had not been good and I continue to remain prudent in my portfolio positioning. With circuit breaker measures on track to ease next month, it remains to be seen what is the impact on the performance of listed companies. With most companies having financial year ending 31 December 2019 changing their scheduled AGM dates mostly in April to a later date due to Covid-19, they are expected to push back their dividend payment dates too.
